REPORTING ERRORS after goods are delivered
Any damage during delivery this must be reported to the delivery company at time of delivery. Queries regarding printing or finishing errors must be made within 48 hours of receipt of goods via email to info@krankn.com.au . For a reprint the goods must be returned on request within 7 days. Only after the goods return the job will be reprinted if authorised by a krankn representative. If the problem is a result of incorrect artwork the client will be responsible for the reprinting and any associated costs.
Colour Variations:
There may be colour variations from what you have seen on screen, to the printed copy. This is the nature of CMYK printing (as opposed to RGB, which is what you see on your screen). If you print a proof on your own printer, keep in mind that depending upon the manufacturer of printing equipments, colours may vary slightly due to different ink used. Krankn uses a CMYK colour printing and is committed to providing the highest quality products at the best prices available. To achieve this, a majority of our products are bulk printed and as such, we are unable to offer exact colour matching on these products. Various conditions affect colours printed by the CMYK Processes and for this reason krankn will not be held responsible for any reprint as a result of colour fluctuations and variations. We cannot be held responsible for colour variations, as it is beyond our control and we will not reprint at our expense as a result of such variations. Paper and Card Stocks

Clear / Frosted Plastic cards:

All colours printed on frosted cards will print translucent. (This includes PVC-C, Poly-T, PVC-T and PVC-TF) The darker the colour the less translucent a colour will be. Do not choose light colours for text as they may be hard to read unless on a dark background. Screen printed cards are more solid and only available on the PVC-TW (screen printed card).
Clear cards will have fine scratches and imperfection in the plastic. This is due to the nature of the clear plastic. If this is going to be a problem for you consider ordering the frosted cards, as scratches are less noticeable on frosted material.
Plastic bases will always have small scratches this is part of plastic manufacture and is impossible to make perfect cards. No cards will be reprinted for scratches in the plastic at our expense.
Trimming
Please note: There can be a trimming variance of plus or minus 1 to 2mm due to automated cutting systems (no guillotine), allow for this when setting up artwork. Allow between 3mm bleed all round and keep important information 3mm in from trim lines.
Spot UV
Spot varnish may have up to +/- 0.5mm accuracy. This is usually only a problem on small text and objects. For this reason fine text or objects should be avoided for spot varnish.
Foiling on Plastic & Cardboard:
Silver & gold foiling can move a few millimetres in any direct when applied to Plastic. So please take that into consideration when designing the layout.

Our foiling is very heavy duty but it can get rubbed off over time is a wallet to due to abrasion from other cards. So we would recommend foiling for loyally cards that need to kept for a long time if this is going to be a problem.
Please also note: Foiling unlike offset printing process may have small imperfections. This is an excepted part of foiling in the printing industry. This may include small breakages, small dots in the foil finish. This can be due to many factors and you have to except this when you choose foiling as a option.
Proof Copy
We will endeavour to spot any obvious errors on your artwork), but ultimately, it is your responsibility to accept the final proof. We will not be liable for any errors after accepting the proof reads.
Designed Artwork
All artwork designed by krankn remains the property of krankn until any outstanding monies are settled. If you use our artwork without our permission you in breach of copyright law . Once paid for the artwork is owned by the client.
Submitting your own artwork
When you send us your own artwork, you are responsible for the end result of printing.
It is also your responsibility to ensure that any design that is submitted is not in violation of any copyright laws. We assume that your artwork is legally yours.
Printing Turnaround:
Quality offset printing takes time - so all times below are estimations - as sometimes things can go wrong that are beyond our control and production may take longer.
So krankn will not be held liable for printing products that are delayed. This is beyond our control.

Estimated Delivery:
Goods under 5 kg - Sent via overnight delivery service
Estimated 1-2 working days after printing.
Anything over 5kg are sent via road unless stated for in order. Estimated 3 - 5 working days to most location after printing. Remote areas may take longer.

krankn will not be held liable for printing products that are delayed when delivered by post or courier. This is beyond our control.
Cancellation:
Cancellation of an order will incur a $60 administration fee (minimum) plus any cost of plates/proofs if applicable. If the print job has gone to print it will not be possible to cancel or change artwork.
Approval:
If you do not fill out the approval form and just send us reply email or new email stating the artwork is ok to print or in any other words, we will deem this to be approval and we will also consider this as an agreement to all terms and conditions. You must notify use via email to let us know which payment method was used or we will not send the job to print.
