Why are your prices so reasonable?
Krankn sells printing services inexpensively because of volume and automation.
Are there any hidden costs, setup fees or for using your services?
BYO Artwork -There are no setup fees or hidden costs. What is quoted on our website is the full price, including GST and delivery
Print ready Formats - Illustrator (preferred format), PDF, Indesign, Photoshop. (please convert type to outlines or supply PC based font).
Publisher or Word file - usually we can be covert your files to a print ready format for no change. But we will have to see if the file is suitable. Please email to us and we will let you know. A redraw charge may apply.
Custom Design
If you don't already have artwork, we would be happy to handle this for you. Please just add Custom Design price to the printing price.
How do I upload my artwork into the system?
After you have used out order form you can email the files to us or If your files are too big to send via email info@krankn.com.au please use www.transferbigfiles.com with our email.
Splitting Orders
Can I have two different names (2 x 500) on 1000 cards order? No, because we can only set up one artwork for one order. If you need 2 names, it means we need to set up two different artwork files. To receive 1000 business cards, 500 with each name, you will need to place two separate 500 card orders.

Standard Offset Business cards 8 Business days + delivery (standard size with no extras e.g. metallic ink, corners will take longer)
Recycled Products - 10 Business days + delivery
Standard Speciality Business cards 8 -10 Business days + delivery (standard size with no extras e.g. metallic ink, corners will take longer)
Plastic Business cards 10 Business days + delivery (extras will take longer)
Magnetic Business Cards 10 Business days + delivery
Flyers / Promo cards 8-10 Business days + delivery
Letterheads 8-10 Business days + delivery
Envelopes - 10 Business days + delivery

Estimated Delivery:
Goods under 5 kg - Sent via overnight delivery service
Estimated 1-2 working days after printing.
Anything over 5kg are sent via road unless stated for in order. Estimated 3 - 5 working days to most location after printing. Remote areas may take longer.

krankn will not be held liable for printing products that are delayed when delivered by post or courier. This is beyond our control.
